Diabetes ABCs

Diabetes ABCs is a community program hosted by Maple Diabetes. The group is led by a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian who are both certified diabetes educators. This program is appropriate for individuals with diabetes who are newly diagnosed or would like a “refresher” course. This group consists of two 2-hour sessions. See poster below for more details.
